Starting GP4 with total fuel for the race

greetings all
Has anyone noticed that the csm 1979 can start with total fuel for the race !!, Any ideas how this is done ? I cant reproduce this or find out how the author of 1979 mod does this. any ideas !!

In my MOD 2010 in this forum i make the cars without refueling with total fuel for the race. Only if you se CSM can to edit de Magicdata with an only one pitstop in two last past the total laps of the race.

I will take a look at that, i Have CSM and that MOD . I have tried to edit magic data but cc cars after a pit stop end up with too much fuel (ie 25 laps of Fuel when the race end is in 10).

Because in GP4 you can't make races with pitstop and no refueling. Or refueling or without pitstops. Greetings
