Mod GP4 2017 - Problem with tyres

Hello friends,
I'm updating the GP4 mod 2017 for for the championship I do with my friends, but i have a problem with the tyres: for our championship we need to choose all types of tyres (as it could we do with the mod 2016), so I've loaded all the tyre in the cars.wad...but I've the problems you can see in the attached pictures... How can I fix that?? Any solution?

ps I used GpxPatch 4.30

Try using GpxPatch 4.44, I´m not sure but I guess the 4.30 does not support various types of tyres.
