How can I swap a opcional team for other in mods with more than 22 cars?

Is possible change a "11 team" like Rial/Dallara or Larrouse for other team like Tyrrell?

I mean,swap teams and have,for example,Tyrrell like a opcional one and Rial/Dallara or other team in the other 10 for all the races??
