I just saw, that Laurent wrote about GPG in RealGPx.

Some of you reported it yesterday and it was working again in the evening, but today, I never got it working so far.

Sadly I have no idea nor message about the reason why it is down.
It already happened in the past and it was back up and working a few days later, so I hope it will be the same here.

I will try to contact Stefan if the situation doesn't evolve quickly and will give some news here if I have some.
