Create a GP4 MOD

Hi to all. What are the characteristics for a GP4 realization to be considered a real MOD?

What do you have to do?
In the template add the cars, helmets, pitcrews, steering wheels, tyres, rims, etc.
You need to able to program all the things in the swap.ini, the csm.ini, damage.ini, and the GlobalVars.ini
