How to create a video for GP4?

Hi! Can someone tell me how to convert a video for GP4? I have RAD Video Tools and I tried to convert a video to a .bik format, but when I open the file video for the conversion, it appears: "Error opening: video.avi". Any suggestion, please?

did u have quick time player?
install and the rad video tooll will work and ready to convert the video for gp4
