Hey guys,

here is my current version of Austin 2012.

Special thanks to:
- KTC for the DAT-file,
- Ginoblade for his great version and permission and
- Vesuvius for smoke and dust-file

The most important improvements in this version are:
- real gravel traps,
- mostly original run-offs and
- improved mapping.

This s not the final version for sure. I'll go on to make more improvements to this track.

Just a few news:
Things are getting better and better at Austin .
At the moment I'm experimenting a little bit with the right behaviour of the kerbs, to make shortcutting more difficult. Next to that there are lots of small improvement, new objects and so on. Additional I still plan to have an atmospheric haze in the final release, we'll see which technology it'll be.
A better loading screen has already been made (available on my blog).

When everything is fine, it'll be released of course, but no release-date so far .

At the moment sadly I have lots of things to do with non-GP4-projects.
Nevertheless: Until the 2013 Grand Prix we'll have a very good version, which only has to be updated then, I'm sure. Buf if someone is willing to put more resources in COTA at the moment, I'll send the current track to him/her . Just tell it .
