Name=Mercedes AMG,Mercedes
Performance=810,816,0
First Driver=44,Lewis Hamilton,15980,401,15536,1098,LH,HAM
Second Driver=6,Nico Rosberg,16256,136,16256,97,NR,ROS

in short
Performance = 810,816.0 =
816 performance bhp quali
810 bhp race trim
0 = reliability rating zero best up to 7000 ish (fault will occur soon) ie engine blow, puncture or suspension issue also variable for each track at bottom of the file. for the track called magic4_01 magic date file.
744; failure chance: suspension
0; failure chance: loosewheel
0; failure chance: puncture
744; failure chance: engine
0; failure chance: transmission
744; failure chance: oilleak / waterleak
0; failure chance: throttle / brake
0; failure chance: electrics

First Driver = 44, Lewis Hamilton, 15980,401,15536,1098, LH, HAM
driver number, name, 15980 skill level or grip + or - the 401 variance for quali
15536 = skill level or grip for the race + or - 1098 the variance of this level.
meaning the skill or grip level can be 15536 minus up to 401 or 15536 plus up to 401, gp4 decides it.
LH = lewis hamilton and HAM are to do with the graphics panel that shows pit boards and flags.
hope this helps a bit
regards

Thanks a lot munnzy199 your explication is perfect, just only one thing egain about the failure chance parameters, you wrote details on your answer but in my "2016Generic.ini" file text doesn't exist like for example failure chance of suspension and so on. Please give me an other answer to this question, I must add this extra details or not? Thank you for your interest and sorry for my bad English

Hi Oscar.
Sorry to confuse you, the performance file generic 2016 is correct and has nothing to do with failure that might occur only the reliability of the car.
magic4_01 magic date file.
744; failure chance: suspension
0; failure chance: loosewheel
0; failure chance: puncture
744; failure chance: engine
0; failure chance: transmission
744; failure chance: oilleak / waterleak
0; failure chance: throttle / brake
0; failure chance: electrics

these are kept in another file called magic4_01 up to magic_17 for each track has it's own file that you can choose what might affect a failure.
for example imola might be hard on engines so the chance of failure at that track would be high (example 744; failure chance: engine)
to edit these files you need to download cmagic4_102.exe
after installing you can point the program to the GPe.exe, create a magic file for each track .
the file looks like this

you can see there is a lot you can adjust for each track separately from pit stop strategy to wing adjustments for wet and dry to failure chances.
there is few discussions on here about these files and how to adjust them.
regards munnzy
