Gp4builder2017b, with this tool you can edit and create tracks.

Zmodeler 1.07b This tools you can make cars or objects for Gp4.

Zaz tools 1.27 This is a series of tools to run CSM MODS, image converter, Track Manager and a few more, its a must.

Team editor v3.5 Its a tool to edit wheel positions, helmet positions, camaras positions, creates performance files, etc
Its done mainly to create NON CSM MODS.

To create/edit images i sugest you get a Legal copy of Abobe Photoshop. To me its the best tool for this.
