I love that screens! Unfortunately since I changed the PC with Windows 7, I started having problems with AVG and GP4, so I have it somewhat abandoned. But maybe in the holidays I'm going to see how to install it without problems to see how it works for me. And then learn how to use Photoshop well to have the pictures like yours 
I have Win7 and the game works perfectly! And with some practice with photoshop, making screens like mine is not as hard as it may look
